Refund and Cancellation Policy

Arena of Kleos provides premium personal training and coaching services. Scheduling, preparation, and resource allocation require strict policies to operate efficiently.

Training Packages and Memberships

All training sessions, memberships, and programs are non refundable. Purchased sessions must be used within the agreed timeframe. No credits, rollovers, or refunds will be issued for missed sessions unless previously approved.

Appointment Cancellation

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Sessions canceled inside this window will be counted as completed.

Late Arrival

Session time begins at the scheduled time. The session will end at the original end time regardless of arrival time.

Medical Exceptions

Consideration may be provided for documented medical issues. Written support is required and does not guarantee approval.

Workshops, Events, and Digital Products

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for online products, workshops, or special events.
